PCB surface treatment process --- HASL / EMG / OSP

** HASL

It is suitable for through-hole through-hole (THT) devices, surface mount resistors, capacitors and inductors with a pitch of more than 0.5mm, and SOP packaging, where the flatness requirement is not too high.

**EMG

It is suitable for BGA, QFN and QFP with a pitch of less than 0.4mm, as well as components with high requirements for surface flatness.

**OSP

The production process is short and the price is affordable.
